Beer Braised Brisket Poutine
Pulled slow cooked brisket poutine is the ultimate comfort food! Harvarti cheese melted over pulled beer braised brisket, gravy, and french fries sprinkled with fresh dill with horseradish on the side. This is a twist on the original French Canadian poutine which is French fries with cheese curds and gravy.
Heating instructions - Remove all gravy and horseradish containers pour gravy over cheese and warm in the microwave 1-2 minutes and use horseradish as you please when eating, it is hot. You can use tray or plate it. Or you can spread it on a sheet pan and warm gravy separately then spread over top when hot.
Preheat oven at 350F for maybe 20 -30 minutes.
